Ready? This will be an easy one

New image 600x600

Flood fill with black

Open the background image from the supplies

Edit/Copy and paste as a new layer

Open the moon provided in my supplies

Copy and paste as new layer

Move to the upper left of your canvas

Change blend mode to Luminance(L)

Set opacity to 70

Open the You Are My World wordart provided in my supplies
Make sure you are on the wordart layer
Copy and Paste as a new layer on your canvas

Move to the upper top right

Copy and paste as new layer

You do not have to move as it fits perfectly

Be sure that you add the copyright information

Add your text

I used Mr Blaketon (PTU font)

Stroke Width 1

Foreground - White

Background - #8ea5bc

Selections - Select All

Modify - Contract by 8
Invert

New Layer
Flood fill with #5d758c
Add noise

Go to the background layer that we added
Should be Raster 2

Edit - Copy Merge

Open AS and paste as new animation

Go back to PSP

Undo Bright Noise

Apply again only this time changing to 60

Copy Merged - Back to AS
Paste after current frame

Back to PSP
Undo Bright Noise

Apply again only changing to 80

Copy merged

Back to AS and paste after current frame

You should have three frames

Make sure all your frames are selected
Animation - Frame Properties
Set to 20

Save as .gif
