Copy and paste as new layer

Open Mask22 from the supplies
New mask layer from image

Copy and paste as new layer

Rename this layer Sparkles

Open my wordart - unbreakmyheart

Copy and paste on the heart

Apply again only changing to Vertical and

Horizontal -1

Add your copyright information

Add your text

I am using Monika font - it is included in my supplies

Foreground Black

Background #9e0444

Stroke width 2

Apply the drop shadow used on your tube

Apply noise

Selections - Select All

Modify - Contract by 10
Invert

New layer

Flood fill with #9e0444

Open the pearls from the kit
Go to your material palette
Set the pattern to this image using these settings

Apply Eye Candy Drop Shadow

Ready to Animate?

Go back to the layer that you named Sparkles

Effects - Plug-ins

Xenofex Constellation

Apply the settings as below

Edit/Copy Merged

Open AS and paste as new animation

Back to PSP
Undo the constellation setting

Apply constellation again only hitting the random seed

Edit/Copy Merged

Back to AS, paste after current frame

Back to PSP

Undo the constellation settings

Apply constellation again, hitting the random seed

Repeat these steps until you have 5 frames in AS

Save as .gif
