READY?

Open my bluehearts_llh image from the supplies
(Windows - Duplicate)
Close the original background
We will be working on the copy

Open the heartbox3 from the kit

Edit/Copy and paste as new layer

Image resize at 80 percent (all layers not checked)

Adjust - Colorize using settings below

OPTIONAL: I did apply the Eye Candy 3 Glass to the heart

MERGE DOWN

 

Open the Moonchain1 from the kit

Edit/Copy and paste as new layer

Image resize at 50 percent - (all layers not checked)
Move to the right side of your heart

Adjust - Colorize using settings below

Add drop shadow

Apply again only using Vertical and Horizontal at 1

 

Open Bow4

Edit/Copy and paste a new layer

I moved to the heart at the top (middle)
Image resize at 50 percent (all layers not checked)

Adjust - Colorize

You can apply the drop shadow used before

Open the tube by ©Bez Boardman

Edit/Copy and paste as new layer

I resized at 80 percent (all layers not checked) and
placed at the left

Add drop shadow as above
Be sure to add all copyright information

When adding copyright and you want to highlight -
a nice effect to use is Eye Candy3 Glow

Apply your text - I used the Chicken King Font

Foreground White
Background #163044
Stroke Width 1

Add drop shadow as before only changing to Horizontal and Vertical at 2
Apply once again changing to -2

I like to add noise to my text

ANIMATION

Let's Animate!

Go to the first raster layer - This should be the blueheart background
Using your magic wand

Click on the outside border

Add noise

Effects/Plug-ins
Xenofex - Lighting with these settings

Select None

Copy Merged

Open AS

Paste as new animation

Back to PSP
Edit Undo twice

Your border should be selected
Apply Xenofex lighting again, but hit the Random Seed

Select None

Edit/Copy merged
Back to AS
And paste after current frame

Continue this process until you have 5 frames in AS


In AS - Select All

I set the frame properties to 25

Save as .gif
