I am using the artwork of Adam Braun
I have included this tube in my supplies

Filters used - Xenofex Constellation can be downloaded here
Font used Vampire Revised
Word art by me
Everything included in supplies

Ready to go!!!

New Image 600x600 Transparent Layer

Flood fill white

Open Paper 2 from kit
Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Image Resize 70% (Make sure all layers is not checked when resizing)

Effects/Plug-ins/Xenofex/Apply Burnt Edges as my settings below

Duplicate this layer twice for a total of three. Rename layer 1,
layer 2 and layer 3. We will come back to this later.

Note: When Resizing the elements - all layers should not be checked

Open the Adam Braun image
Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Resize at 50%
Place as per my image

On this layer - Blend Mode/Burn
Opacity 75

Now since your tube is still in memory, copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 45% - Place as per screenshot
The Image needs to be placed so that the shadow is showing around the image

Open the Buckled Belt 2
Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Resize at 65%
Image Free Rotate - Left at 90

Place at left of the frame (see my image)

Let's do a drop shadow

Now repeat the drop shadow only changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -1

Open the Flower 2
Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Resize at 50% (remember all layers not checked)
Place at the top of the buckled belt to cover the hook
Duplicate this layer - Flip
It should be on the hook at the bottom
Merge down and do the same drop shadow that you used on the belt

Open my wordart that I supplied - Do I Dazzle you. Copy and Paste

I did add a drop shadow with the settings below

Now, back to the layer 1 and close off layer 2 and layer 3

On Layer 1 - Apply the Xenofex Constellation plug in with the settings
as below

Close off layer 1, and open layer 2 - Apply Constellation again only this time
click on Random seed once and apply

Close off layer 2 and open layer 3 - Apply Constellation again and click on
random seed once and apply

Close layer 3 and open layer 1

I added my text at this point - I used the Font Vampire Rev which is
in my supplies.
Set foreground to null, background #720706, Stroke Width one

Adjust - Add Noise

I added the same drop shadow that I used on the word art

Add all copyrights

ANIMATION

Layer 1 should be open. Edit/Copy merged and open AS. Paste as new animation

Back to PSP - close off layer 1 - open layer 2 - Edit/copy merged - back to AS and paste after current frame

One more time - back to PSP - Close layer 2, open layer 3 - Edit/copy merged and paste after current frame

You should have three frames

Select all
I set my Frame Properties at 35

Save as .gif and you are done.
