The drop shadow settings that I used are
V - 1
H- 1
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Color Black

You can get the mask, accent and animated sparkles that I used in my supplies

-Ready to Start-

Open new canvas - 600 x 600

Flood fill with white

Open Paper 8 from Toni's Gothic Glam Kit, Edit/Copy and Paste as new layer

Open Mask by Diana which was included in my supplies

Layer - New mask from image (see my settings below)

Merge group on mask layer

Open your tube - I am using the beautiful artwork of Myka Jelina available at CILM
Copy and Paste as new layer
Effects/Drop Shadow using my settings

Open Chain 4 from Toni's kit Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 80 and then at 60
Image flip and free rotate - left at 35
Place at the upper left
Effects/ Drop Shadow using my settings

Open Heart 4 the kit - copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 80 and then at 50
Place at upper left - see my tag for placement
Effects/Drop Shadow using my settings

Open Heart accent which was included in my supplies. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move and place on top of the heart

Merge down twice so that your heart, chain and accent are on one layer
Effects/Drop Shadow

Open Bow 04 - Copy and Paste as new layer. Resize at 40
Move to top left on the chain holder
Add drop shadow

Add your text and copyrights..I used Good Vibrations ROB font

ANIMATION

Still on your PSP workspace - go to edit and copy merged

Open your Animation Shop and paste as new animation

Open the purple sparkles that I have incuded in my supplies

The sparkles have 8 frames. So go to your tag - Copy the first frame and
paste after current frame. Now hold down Control/L and enter until you
have 8 frames. Check the right corner of AS and you will see the number
of frames

Back to the purple sparkles, make sure that all the frames are selected..Drag down
the first frame and place on your tag..I placed in the heart.

I changed the frame properties to 30.

Set your optimization and save as .gif
