Supplies Needed:
FTU - Woodland Fantasy Kit by Fantasia Dreams
can be downloaded at Sophisti-Scraps
Lisa's Cookie Fairy by Sophisticated Scraps can be
purchased at "Sophisti-Scraps"

Font is MoonStar and you can get it here

-Ready to Start-

Open a new canvas 600x600
Flood fill with white

I am using Frame8 from the Woodland Fantasy kit
Copy and paste as new layer
With your magic wand, select the inside of the frame, selections - modify - expand by 3
Open Paper4 of the kit, copy and paste into selection. Select none

Open the Starburst Gold in the elements of the kit, Image Resize by 95 percent
Copy and Paste as a new layer
Duplicate this layer, Image Mirror and Merge Down
Add your tube. I used the gorgeous work of Lisa - SS Cookier Fairy2a
Give the tube a drop shadow of
V 2 H 2
opacity 50
blur 2
color black

In the elements folder of the scrapkit, I used Bow 4 and resized by 55 percent
Place the bow to the top right of the frame. See my tag for placement
Add the same drop shadow as before
Add your text. I used the font Moonstar
Give font drop shadow of V- H-4 Opacity 50 Blur 3
Add copywrites

ANIMATION

Go to your starburst layer and duplicate two times. You will have a total of three starbursts
layers

Close off the copy 2 and 3 of the layers and leave the original open

noise layers

On the original Starburst, apply noise, by going to Adjust/Add Remove Noise
Use my settings
noise settings

Now close off this layer and open 2 copy
Adjust/Add Remove Noise and use 45 on this one

Now close off 2 copy and open copy 3
Adjust/Add Remove Noise and use 55 on this one

Now, close copy 3 and open back up copy 1 of the starburst

Edit - Copy - Copy Merged
Open your AS and paste as new animation.

Back to PSP, close the 1st layer Starburst, open the second, Edit/Copy and Copy Merged
Back to AS and paste after current frame

Back to PSP, close the 2nd layer and open the 3rd, Edit/Copy and Copy Merged
Back to AS and paste after current frame, you will now have a total of three frames in AS


I left the Frame Properties as the default/ set my optimazation settings and saved my tag
Note: If you want to save as a transparent .gif, eliminate the drop shadows and close off the white layer
