Supplies Needed:
Berry Blingy Tagger Kit by Toni's Scraparoni
This gorgeous kit can be purchased at "Sophisti-Scraps"

I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
You can purchase the tube at MyPSPTubes

Filters used - Xenofex Constellation can be downloaded here
DSB Flux- Noise can be downloaded here
Mask from group shares
Font used Portfolio Regular

The Mask and Word art are included in my supplies
Click on butterfly to download

Open new image 500x500 - flood fill white
Open Paper4 from Toni's lovely kit - Berry Blingy
Copy and paste as a new layer

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
I am using the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
Lower the opacity of your tube to 25
Now merge down

Open the mask I have provided - ruit-masker
The mask was from a group share, if it belongs to you, please let me know

Layers/New mask layer from Image and use the settings below

Merge mask group
Add drop shadow settings as below

Apply drop shadow again only changing Horizontal and Vertical to -1

Duplicate this layer 2 times for a total of three mask layers.
Rename these layer 1, layer 2 and layer 3

Close off layer 2 and layer 3

On layer 1 (bottom layer) -
Apply the Xenofex Constellation with these settings

Close layer 1 - open layer 2
Apply Constellation plug-in only this time, click the Random Seed once

Close off layer 2 - Open layer 3
Apply constellation plug-in, click the random seed once

Open Beads 01 from kit - Image resize 50%

When doing Image Resize - always make sure all layers is not checked
I use the bicubic settings


Place as shown on my image
Add drop shadow with same settings as above

Open Bow 1 from kit
Image resize 50% (make sure all layers is not checked)
Image resize at 85%
Copy and paste as new layer
Place at top left
Duplicate this layer - image mirror
Merge Down
Add Drop Shadow V - 1 H -1
Opacity 50, Blur 5 Color Black
Apply drop shadow again only changing the V to -1 and H to -1

Open Ribbon 03 from the kit
Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize 50%
Free rotate Right at 90
Placement should be as shown on my image
Arrange move down
Again, drop shadow using the settings as above


Open the word art Whisper Brush- Export as custom brush and save

Add new layer - with your foreground color set to #ffffff
Apply the brush as on my image
Add drop shadow with settings as below

Add your Tube apply Add Drop Shadow V - 1 H -1
Opacity 50, Blur 5 Color Black
Apply drop shadow again only changing the V to -1 and H to -1

Add your Text - I used the Font - Portfolio Regular
Foreground Color - Black
Background - #a54b7b
I used a stroke width of 1

Apply the DSB Flux/Bright Noise plug-in as shown below to your text

I applied the drop shadow with settings -
V - 1 H - 1 Opacity - 50 Blur - 5.00 and color Black
Be sure to add all copyright information

Animation

Hide the top two mask layers (layer 2 and layer 3)
Make sure that your layer 1 is open

Edit Copy Merged - Open up AS and paste as new animation

Back to PSP - Hide the first layer - unhide the layer 2 - Copy Merged and back to AS -
paste after current frame

Back to PSP - Hide layer 2 - Unhide layer 3 - Copy merged and back to AS -
paste after current frame

Edit - Select all -

Animation - Frame Properties - I set mine to 30

Save as .gif
