-Ready to Start-

Open a new canvas 600x600
Flood fill with white

I am using Paper3a0 from the Tagger Mini Kit Add-On to Woodland Fantasy 
Copy and paste as new layer

Layer - Load Mask from Disk
Locate Mask100 and use these settings

Merge Group

Open the Ora Moon tube provided - Copy and Paste as new layer
I placed to the left of the mask
Open Bow5 from the Woodland Fantasy add-on kit
Copy and paste as new layer - I resized by 80 percent 3 times
Image - Free Rotate to the Right 35 degrees and place in the upper left of the mask
Add drop shadow
I used H 2 V 2 Opacity 50 and Blur 5 Color Black

Now remember to add the copyright information if you are using the tube

Open Butterfly3 - Copy and Paste as new layer
Resize by 50 percent and place in the upper left of the mask
Duplicate this layer and drag to the bottom right of the mask
I resized this one at 80 percent
Drop shadow both butterflies - I used the same setting as before

Add our text - I used the font Stonehenge provided in supplies
Foreground - Black
Background - #618e7e
Add your drop shadow
H and V 1
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Add another drop shadow and this time change the H and V to -1

Merge Visible all layers

ANIMATION

On the Ora Moon image - using your lasso tool with these settings


Draw thin strips on the area you would like to animate - I chose the hair, dress, dragonfly and bow
You can pick and choose the areas you would like



After you get the strips where you would like - duplicate this layer two times

Now close off the top layers of this tube - the one you duplicated
On the original

Apply Effects - Plug-ins DSB Flux - Bright Noise with these settings

Close off this layer and go to the 2nd copy
Apply the bright noise only this time at 37

Close off this layer and go the 3rd copy
Apply the bright noise only this time at 47

Select None

Open the 1st copy and Edit - Copy
Open AS and paste as new Animation

Back to PSP - Close this layer and open the 2nd copy
Edit - Copy Special
in AS - paste after current frame

Back to PSP - Close this layer and open the 3rd copy
Edit - Copy Special
in AS - paste after current frame

You will have 3 frames in AS

I always resize my animation to 500x500

Save as .gif and you are done
