Image resize at 85 percent (All layers not checked)

Duplicate this layer
Image resize at 85 percent
Image mirror
Image flip
Place as per my screenshot

Open the Season wordart from my supplies

Edit/Copy and paste as new layer

I moved to the middle top

Open the pdc_flowers 7

Edit/Copy and paste as new layer

Open the pdc-ground1

Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 50 percent (all layers not checked)

Place at the bottom left of the tag

Open the pdc-flowers8

Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 50 percent (all layers not checked)

Place at the bottom right of the tag
Duplicate - Image resize at 85 percent
(all layers not checked)

Move to the left of the flowers
Duplicate again - Repeat resize at 85 percent

Move to the left so it will look like you have a bed of flowers

Note- Depending on the tube you use, you might want to arrange-move down so that
the tube is under the flowers


Open the pdc_latern1 from the kit
Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 50 percent (all layers not checked)

Adjust - Hue - Colorize

Add your text
I used the font Aquarelle which I supplied
Foreground #f8de5e
Background #879659
Used a stroke width of 2
Applied drop shadow

Apply again only changing
to Vertical and Horizontal -2

I did resize my tag as I started with a large canvas.

I always save as a .png
