Open a new canvas 600x600
Flood fill white
I am using Paper2 from the Woodland Fantasy kit
Copy and paste as new layer
I colorized by using - Adjust Colorize 247 and 89
Load Zuzzanna Mask 36 from disk using these settings
With your magic wand, select the inside of the frame, selections - modify - expand by 3
Add a new layer and flood fill with color #cd98a3
Duplicate this layer two times
Selection - Select None
Close off the two duplicated layers
This is where you should be at this point -
Move the Mask layer (Group Raster 2) above the copies
Add the tube you are using, always remember to add the copyright information
I added a drop shadow to my tube of
H 4 V 4
Opacity at 60
Blur at 10 and Color Black
Open Flower4 of the Woodland Fantasy Kit
Copy and Paste as new layer
See my tag for placement
Image Resize at 80 percent and Image Resize at 55 percent
Adjust - Hue & Saturation - Colorized at Hue 247 and Saturation at 89
Add drop shadow
Add your text - I used the font Fontdinerdotcom Sparkly with
the foreground set White
and background fill #cd98a3
Add drop shadow
I used H 4 and V 4, Opacity at 60, Blur at 10
then applied again by only using -4 for both H and V
Let's add a slight border to this tag - New Layer
Select All
Selection Modify Contract by 6
Selections Invert
Now using your magic wand - flood fill with color #dbc2ce
Selections Invert and add a drop shadow
H 1 V 1
Opacity at 50
Blur 3 - Color Black
Select None

Ready to Animate?
Making sure that you on on the first layer that we duplicated and the others are closed
On the original layer (Raster 2), apply the Constellation settings as below
Now go to Edit/Copy Special and Copy Merged
Open AS and paste as new animation
Back to PSP and close off this layer and open up the 2nd copy -
Apply Constellation only this time click on Random Seed
Edit/Copy Special and Copy Merged
Back to AS and paste after current frame
Back to PSP and close off this layer and open up the 3rd copy -
Apply Constellation clicking on Random Seed
Edit/Copy Special and Copy Merged
Back to AS and paste after current frame
Back to Animation Shop - You will have three frames
Edit - Select All
Animation/Frame Properties and I used 30
At this point I always resize my tag as I work on a larger canvas in PSP
So I resized by tag to 500x500
Set your Optimization and Save as .gif
