New Year Bling 2011

My Supplies include the font I used - Arkham, New Year Wordart, ©Bez Boardman tube
and the animated Champagne glass.
I am using the awesome scrapkit by Toni of Sophisti Scraps which is FTU.

Ready to go?

One important note - when I do resize, please do not have All Layers checked!!!

New image 600x600
Flood fill white

Open Doodle 3
Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 80 percent twice (all layers not checked)
Duplicate this layer
Image Flip
Merge Down

Duplicate this layer twice for a total of three

Raname the original layer - Doodle
Then the copy Doodle 2
The third copy would be Doodle 3

Close off Doodle 2 and Doodle 3

On the original layer - Doodle
Apply these settings

Close Doodle
Open Doodle 2 - apply constellation settings
only this time hit the random seed button

Close Doodle 2, Open Doodle 3 - Apply the constellation
settings, hit the random seed button

Close Doodle 3 and open back Doodle layer

Make sure that you are on Doodle 3 layer

Open frame 02 from the kit
Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 80 percent twice (all layers not checked)
Center on the canvas

With your magic wand - select inside the frame
Selections/Modify/Expand by 5

Open Paper 5 from the kit
Copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert then hit your delete key
Select None

Move this layer below your frame!

Open the WordArt01-SS-BITNY11 tube
Adjust Hue-Saturation Colorize and use the setting below

Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 80 percent twice - all layers not checked
Place as per my image

Open the New Year tube provided in my supplies

Copy and paste as new layer

Move as per my screenshot

Open the Firework 02
Copy and paste as new layer

Image resize at 50 percent
I placed it a the bottom of the New Year Tube

I also duplicated this and moved the duplicated fireworks
to the top right of the frame

Open Bow3
Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 80 percent twice and place at top left corner
of the frame
Drop shadow as below

Open the gorgeous tube by Bez Boardman which is in
my supplies
Copy and Paste as a new layer
I did resize to fit
I added a slight drop shadow with the settings below

Apply again only using Horizontal and Vertical -1

Add your text - I used Arkham
Foreground: #000000
Background: #d1ba8b
Stroke set at 2
Then I added noise

Ready to Animate?

Go back to the layer doodle, that should be open and
doodle 2 and doodle 3 closed

Edit/Copy Merged

Open AS

Paste as new animation

Back to PSP - Close Doodle, open Doodle 2
Copy Merged

Back to AS - Paste after current frame

Back to PSP

Close off Doodle2 and open Doodle 3

Copy Merge

Back to AS

Okay, you should have three frames in your AS

Edit/Select All Frames

Now open the Champagne.mng file

There should be three frames - Edit/Select All Frames

Drag the champagne glass and place on your tag.

I did slow the Frame Properties down to 20

I would resize the tag as I did use a large canvas

Save as .gif and you are done.
