Flood fill layer White

Open Paper 8 from the kit - Edit/Copy and paste as a new layer to your canvas

Layers - New Mask layer from Image
Use my settings below

Right click on the mask layer - and merge group

Open the Jan P Hearts image. I have closed off the layers not needed. On the
Red layer - Edit/Copy and paste as new layer on your canvas

Apply drop shadow with my settings

Apply drop shadow only this time change Vertical and Horizontal to -1

Open the Candle from the kit, image resize at 80% then at 50%,
make sure that all layers are not check
Copy and paste as a new layer and place at lower right corner
Apply Drop shadow with my settings as above

Open the Necklace Edit/Copy and Paste as new layer
Image resize at 50% (always make sure all layers are not checked)
Place at the top left of the heart

Open the Bow 5 - Edit/Copy and Paste as new layer
Image resize at 45% (make sure all layers not checked)
Image Free Rotate at Right 90
Place at top of heart
Apply a drop shadow with the same settings

Open the tube you are going to use and place. I have used the beautiful artwork
of Jennifer Janesko. You can purchase her tubes at CILM
I applied a drop shadow to my tube

Apply your text - I used the font Affair (This is a pay font and I can't provide it)
Settings - Foreground #300208, Background #F63330
On text I used a stroke width of 2.0
I always like to apply noise to the text with the settings below

If you would like to animate the candle - below are my instructions

ANIMATION

Go to your Candle layer (I always zoom in so that I can see the flame)
Using the freehand selection tool, Point to Point, Set on add mode, anti-alias checked

Carefully draw around the flame on the candle

Adjust, add noise, random, monochrome checked with these settings.
Noise set at 30%, click ok.

Select None
Edit copy merged and paste into AS as a new animation.

Go back to Psp, edit undo select none and Noise

Repeat the same add noise only change the noise to 40
Select None
Edit, copy merged and paste into As after the current frame.
Back to PSP, Edit undo Select None and undo Noise

Repeat the add noise only changing the noise to 50
Select None,
Edit copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame

I used the default Frame Properties at 10

Save as .gif
