My Supplies include the font I used - Christmas Card, and the mask from group share.
I am using the awesome scrapkit by Toni of Sophisti Scraps.
She always provides the bling!

Ready to go?

One important note - when I do resize, please do not have All Layers checked!!!

 

New image 600x600
Flood fill white

New layer
Flood fill with color #7d1521
Open the b edge mask
Layers - New Mask from Image

Merge group


Image resize at 85 percent

 

Open Frame 05 - copy and paste as new layer
With your selection tool set to rectangle
Outline the frame

Open the tube you will be using
I am using the Celine tube from My PSP Tubes
Copy and paste as new layer
Selection/Invert/Delete
Select None
Move the tube below your frame

Make sure that you add all copyright information

Open the Doodle 05 from the kit

Copy and paste as new layer

Place at the frame edge on the right
Add drop shadow

Duplicate this layer
Image flip
Then image - free rotate at right at 90
Make sure all layers are not checked

With your mover tool - move this over the top
red jewel

Merge down

Rename this layer Border


Open the Tree 05 from the kit
Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 50 percent
Place at the top left
Apply the drop shadow that we used on the doodle
drop shadow

 

Open the bells 02 from the kit


With your freehand selection tool, chose one of the bells

Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize once at 50 percent, then again at 80
Place at the bottom right of the frame



Add your text
I used Christmas Card
Foreground #7d1521
Background #8c661b

Adjust Add Noise with these settings

Apply drop shadow as below

Apply again, only changing Horizontal and Vertical to -2


If you would like to animate, continue on

Animation


Go to the layer which you named Border

Apply the Xenofex Constellation with the settings below

Note: I did hide my White background layer. With the settings
that I used in AS, seems to give me a better image.

 

 

Edit/Copy merged

Open AS and paste as new animation

Back to PSP

Edit undo Constellation settings

Apply the constellation filter again only this time
hit the random seed

Edit/Copy merged

Back to AS

Paste after current animation

Repeat this until you have four frames in AS

Save as .gif

back
