DROP SHADOW INFORMATION
Apply Vertical at 1 Horizontal at 1
Opacity at 50 Blur at 5
Color Black
Repeat only changing Vertical and Horizontal at -1

Ready!

New Image 600x600
Flood fill white

Open the cc-frame-10 from the Because She Loves Me kit
Edit/copy and paste as new layer
Image resize by 85 percent

Open paper cc-pp-o4 from kit
Copy and paste as new layer

Open Diana's Mask -
Apply as my settings

Go to the mask layer - merge group

Arrange - move layer down
Name this paper

Go to your frame layer
Select the inside of the frame, selections modify expand by 12,
Selections - Invert

Now go back to your paper layer and hit delete

This is what you should have

Go back to your frame layer

Open the cc-circle-03
Edit/copy and paste as new layer
Image resize by 85 percent

Select all - Float
Defloat
All the diamonds should be selected

Duplicate this layer - twice for a total of 3 layers

Rename these layers / Diamond 1, Diamond 2, Diamond 3
Note - Diamond 1 should be the bottom layer

Close off Diamond 2 and Diamond 3
Open Diamond 1 - go to your Plug-ins and DSB Flux - Bright Noise
Use my settings below

Close off Diamond 1, open Diamond 2
Apply Bright noise, only this time using 40

Close off Diamond 2, open Diamond 3
Apply bright noise, use 50 this time

Select None

Open the tube provided -
I resized it twice at 80 percent
Place as you see in my image
Please remember to add the copyright information

Add drop shadow to the tube -
See my drop shadow settings above

Open the cc-flower-1
Edit/Copy and Paste as new layer
Colorize - Adjust Hue/Saturation with the settings below

Place at top left of my frame

Open cc-button-02
Edit/Copy and paste as new image
Colorize with same settings as before

Image resize 60 percent

Now place in center of the flower
Merge down

Now resize the merged flower by 75 percent
then at 85 percent
and adjust the placement

Duplicate this layer - image resize at 85 percent
Place to the left of the flower and move down slightly
Merge down and apply my drop shadow

Open the Missy Love 1 Word Art
I chose Wordart 5
Edit/copy and paste as new layer
I did resize mine by 90 percent

Add your Text - I used Portifolio
For name, I used fill only, color #ca446d
Adjust add noise at random 65, monochrome checked
Add Drop Shadow at Vertical 1 Horizontal 1 Opacity 100 Blur 1 and Color Black

Make sure that you have placed all your copyrights on your tag!

Animation

Go to your Diamond layers - Make sure that Diamond 2 and Diamond 3 are closed
Diamond 1 layer should be open

Copy Merged - and open AS

Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP - Close Diamond 1, Open Diamond 2 layer - Copy Merged, Back to AS
and paste after current frame

Back to PSP - Close Diamond 2 layer - Open Diamond 3 - Copy Merged, Back to AS
and paste after current frame

Save as .gif and your tag is ready.
