Ready?

New canvas 600x600
Flood fill white

Open my bubble tag back
Edit/Copy and paste as new layer

Open the moon (which I supplied)
Edit/copy and paste as new layer
I placed in the upper left of my creation
You will see that I lowered the opacity of this to 78

Open the pdc_bat1 from the kit
Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 50 percent - twice
Now duplicate the bat and place
Place to your liking, but I placed close to the moon

Open the pdc_bottle 1
Edit/Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize at 50 percent twice, then at 80 percent
Place at the bottom left
We will be placing our cauldron in AS and you will need to
leave room

Add drop shadow to the bottle

Add the tube by Anne Stokes
Place to the right
Drop shadow the same as the bottle
Only add another drop shadow using Horizontal and Vertical -2
Add your copyright information

Open the Halloween Word Art 2
I chose the Raster 4 - Wanna See My Cauldron

Apply drop shadow

Make sure the color is White

Apply again only this time Horizontal and Vertical -1

Add your text.
I used the font Sand
Foreground #8f1819
Background Black

I added the same drop shadow as I did to the tube

This is the placement on my tag

Now we are ready to animate

Edit/Copy Merged
Open AS and paste as a new animation
You will need to duplicate this until you have 19 frames

Now open the Cauldron animation that I provided
Make sure that you Select All Frames

Back to your tag - Select All Frames
Make sure that you are on the 1st frame and drag the
cauldron down and place

I changed by Frame properties- Select All frames
Frame properties - change to 5

Save your tag as .gif
